Academic compliance refers to policies, procedures, and practices in place to ensure that actions regarding degree and certificate programs – from the content of the offerings, to how and where they are delivered – adhere to institutional, state, accreditation, and federal requirements and standards.

University Assessment Advisory Committee

The University Assessment Advisory Committee advises on assessment policy and practice. The committee, convened by the Director of University Assessment, brings together professionals from across the university and our 12 schools. The focus of the committee is to discuss assessment issues, share best practices and data, and collaboratively explore solutions to assessment challenges.

Assessment provides essential feedback, fosters the development of new teaching strategies, and enhances the overall educational experience. The committee will also play a practical role in maintaining accountability standards, ensuring the integrity of our academic programs.

The experience, perspective, and leadership of each committee member is needed as we envision the support, strategies, and systems required for continued excellence.
